About Us
Youth Empowerment Service Organization (YESO) was established by a group of South Sudanese professionals, peace practitioners, and development actors in 2024.
YESO was founded to respond to the complex humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding needs of South Sudan through youth-led, conflict-sensitive, and community-driven approaches, with a particular focus on high-risk and conflict-affected areas.
Vision
A peaceful, inclusive, and resilient South Sudan where all citizens live in a safe and enabling environment free from discrimination, inequality, and human rights violations.
Mission
To transform youth and vulnerable communities through innovative, inclusive, and conflict-sensitive programs that promote peace, sustainable livelihoods, social cohesion, and human dignity, with young people serving as drivers and custodians of their own development.
